Author's Terms of Service 

By Submitting content to us you declare the following:

• You are the sole owner or author of the article and own all copyrights to it.

• We have permission to publish your article as we see fit.  Members of FYIpedia.com also have permission to publish your article as long as your author link remains intact. 

• Enforcement of our terms of service is at your own risk and cost and not ours. You must be the one to take action if someone violates your copyright.

• It is our decision whether your article is published and for how long. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.

• We reserve the right to move your article to a more appropriate category at anytime.

• We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.

• If your article does not conform to our guidelines, we may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your articles to save time and speed the article approval process.

• If we find any content posted to your account questionable, stolen, or dangerous your account may be locked or deleted at any time.

• It is ok that we contact you via the E-mail address you provide us from time to time.

Publisher's Terms of Service

If you would like to publish/reprint any of the content from our site in any form you must conform/follow these rules.

• Maintain the FYIpedia link at the bottom of the article.
• Keep links active when possible. (ie. Mediums that allow HTML.)
• Do not post our content on sites that promote illegal, hate or adult related material/activities.
• Never reprint any article from this site via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads
• Never sell content found on this site.
• You must get permission from us to post more than 50 articles a month.
• You must get permission from us to post content from this site in other languages. 
• You must receive permission from the author for any derivative works.

• If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you.
